I only wish I received a commission for every person I have turned onto this diet. It is the easiest most tasty way I have ever lost weight.
I was desperate....I was going to try the diet that gets delivered to your door each day. But I figured how was I ever going to "learn" to eat right again if I wasn't cooking and thinking for my self. (was on low carb successfully for over 4 years but it became dull and boring... I missed fruits and to be honest breads). Then I went to Jenny Craig for the weigh in... What a shock I was fat! Not just chunky but really fat. I had not realized I had put on a solid 28 lbs. over the past year. Jenny Craig would have probably worked but again I would still need to go shopping for supplemental food and I would not be cooking and preparing for my self.
So back to the delivered meals. Well in my Internet search somehow dieting for idiots came up. $38.00 sure seemed like a good deal, not even a day worth of delivery diet and what if it actually worked. I plunked down my credit card and began to play with the diet. There were a few dinners that were already planned and I could not miss. What was wonderful though was that I could keep playing with the diet until those pre-planned days matched up with my schedule.
Well it was a bit difficult the first few days getting up earlier to plan out my menu and put together my lunch but after the first 8 days I was already seeing fabulous results. By the time day 11 came I had lost 8 lbs. I went off for 3 days (enjoyed myself but did not go overboard) and resumed on Tuesday. I like to have Saturday, Sunday and Monday's off. By the end of my second rotation I had lost a total of 16 lbs. I began on January 2nd and by mid February I had lost a total of 23 lbs. Mind you there were free weekends that were total disasters (+5 lb. weekends), but if I go right back on the diet those lbs. come right off and so do more. The most difficult part of this diet is getting all that water in me.
I am so so very happy with this plan. The best part is it's easy, put on paper for you and can intertwine with anyone's lifestyle. It works!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best of luck to all that try and if you don't succeed its because you 1-did not drink the water, 2-did not eat all 4 meals and or 3-didn't really follow the idiot proof plan.
